when he decided that calling out the fanbase was a good idea.
As a coach, that is the LAST thing you ever want to do in my opinion.
I'm not saying that Tyler's words were necessarily warranted (at least maybe not all of them) but Dabo opened this can of worms when he started gaslighting the fans.

If Dabo loses it over a fan call on a college radio show how in the heck would he make it in the NFL after losses? Those reporters can be brutal in those big city markets.

You can’t call out a LARGE (not 1.5%) portion of the fanbase for being “part of the problem” and expect that to go over well.
He still never explained how those fans made us lose those four games.

I think it needed to be done because from what I have seen, a lot of the fans that do have the ability to think logically realized that they were starting to side with the lunatics instead of realizing that even in the face of a losing season, Clemson could be in a much worse position as a program than what it is.
Fans talking about wanting things to be done to make sure 4-4 doesn't happen again are not part of the problem.
Fans that are starting to sound like those midlands people and publicly berating players and coaches are part of the problem. It isn't justified in any way.
Fans should want better for the program, but Clemson fans used to take pride in having class with how they responded to winning and losing. That trait has fallen away over the last several seasons.
