After watching MfOjr and team win their bb game, I stopped by RedBone Alley if Florence. Having Shrimp and Grits and washing it down with Mich Ultra as the bartender flirts with me!!!

Pour off the salmon juice into the sink and mix the salmon meat into your grits. I sometimes substitute liver pudding for the salmon.

Made a fresh pan of Lasagna, fresh tossed salad, garlic buttered Parmesan and mozzarella topped Italian Bread toasted . . .

Sam’s Cheesecake with homemade Strawberry or Pineapple toppings . . .

Food is starting to taste good again . . .


FM - I’m with you on the Liver Pudding in Grits . . . also like a bit of chicken bouillon and sausage for a treat!!!

It's basically a Mediterranean style build-a-bowl setup like a Chipotle, but healthier.

I partake when I don't have the army so I stay on track not eating what I would probably rather eat.

Did Culver’s tonight. If you ever make it to the upper Midwest, states it is a great fast food burger joint with frozen custard.

I had grilled sliced pineapple ham and macaroni and cheese and hash brown casserole with a garlic cheese biscuit. We ate at a little place called The Original Harvey’s down at the end of Wade Hampton Boulevard. The food was good but the price was great at 21 bucks for my wife and I.
