If the operators of the PA system would play less and not play up to the snap the crowd would be able to be louder and more engaged. The crowd and team are too much into being entertained by the big screen and sounds.

Excellent point.

The team needs the crowd, not the scoreboard. The crowd wants to help the team and the scoreboard should facilitate that, not stifle it.

I don't know why but it was eerily quiet watching on TV. Just seemed like a low murmur most of the game with the exception of right before the start of the 4th quarter. That sounded and looked good.
