And I agree that he’s never going to be a Watson or a Lawrence… But the kid is tough as nails, and when he’s not running for his life, and when the running backs are picking up blocks, and the wide receivers, actually perform, he could probably be a very capable quarterback, and make us a double digit win team.

What he needs is to trust his read and throw the ball on time instead of holding the ball for 3 or 4 seconds.

We’ve seen Cade make amazing throws all season,admittedly too few of them, but when he is comfortable he can make plays. Dabo fired the OL coach, that is confirmation that the problem was and is the OL.

I agree QB’s with the talent DW and TL had while at Clemson may be the best QB’s to ever wear Orange at Clemson. Run took some tuff hits today but help lead us to Victory today.

I have been critical of Cade's play, but give credit for leading us on the winning drive.

I'm hoping we see growth and improvement next year.

from someone who knows how to develop QBs. We were spoiled by having championship-caliber QBs who were plug-and-play as freshen. We haven’t had a QB like that here since 2020.

And he needs an OL. That bunch we’re putting out there now is garbage. They are just plain terrible.

He also had a couple of throws that were great throws dropped. He had Jake on his INT but just got hit as he was releasing.
