The answer is no. I've been around for a while and barely know what half of this stuff means. Can't imagine how newcomers feel. Well maybe at least it scares away trolls. Oh wait.... nevermind.

It far surpasses intellect. BMice has collected data on a certain subset of paying tigernet members. His data, which I was fortunate to see and is off limits to everyone else, even the deputy mod FM, shows that 99.999999999% of those members have an IQ of 195. FM is far, far below that, thus the fact that the % was not 100%. It was also how BMice made his selection for the deputy Mod. Thus FM.
