Johnnie Walker is a good place to begin.
Then work up to single malts, something smooth like Macallan, Glenlivet, or Glenfiddich.
If you’re feeling adventurous, try a “peaty” scotch like Laphroaig.

Scotch and Bourbon have fairly stringent rules in order to legally be called bourbon or scotch.Both are under the larger umbrella whiskey. If you're looking for something completely different, I'm not sure scotch takes you there.

I like the direction you are heading. Bourbon is my staple but I have been delving into tequilas for a while not and there are some great reposados and añejos out there.

From a bourbon drinker here. If you are considering gin, kerosene is cheaper and tastes the same. Different vodkas are hard to distinguish. Switch to scotch but be prepared to spend more.

Balvenie Doublewood is really good. It is aged in sherry casks and it imparts a unique flavor. Not sweet at all, just knocks down the scotch burn a little.

Like you, I'm a bourbon guy. I'm also a whiskey guy. Then a few years ago I added scotch.
The Glenlivet single malt is my favorite "most bang for the buck" scotch.

Highland Park 12, Oban 'Little Bay' or 14, and Aberlour are solids as well. None are of the profile of the Laphroaig/Ardberg realm...those aren't my cup o' tea...but that's me.
The American single malt category is really growing. It will be interesting to see how they come along as it seems many are out west. That's certainly not Scottish climate, so that one element change should make for interest down the line.

What about nothing at all? My last drink was New Year’s Eve, and I havent had a drop since, and I feel better than EVER! And no never had a problem with drinking at all.

I might be old and a sucker for the nostalgic but you can't do better than the ole rock.
It's tried and true. Yeah, I prefer the Washington DC, Marion Berry, true Brentwood street crack, but you can't go wrong with Anacostia or Deanwood corner crack.
Let me know how it turns out. If you have a sizable savings, you should be good for about 2-3 years.
Kahlua is also good.

Tequila. Keeps you in the color spectrum of bourbon. It's sippin' tequila, which is much different than tequila shots. There is also evidence of health benefits.
My fave is Casamigos. Very smooth with a vanilla after taste.
Altos/Almeca as often preferred by our local Hispanic population, but that might be because of price point.

is a gin made by Gabriel Boudier and it's called Saffron Gin... Good luck finding that needle in a haystack though. I've only been able to experience it in Dubai. Below is a breakdown of the tasting profile I think you will enjoy.
Tasting Notes
Surprisingly, Gabriel Boudier Saffron Gin isn’t as saffron-forward as expected given its color.
Notes of juniper, fennel, and a slight saffron musk round out the palate.
There’s also a hint of sweetness in here. Gabriel Boudier Saffron Gin has a slightly enhanced viscosity, and while not at Old Tom levels of overt sweetness, it seems to have a bit of it in here.
Cocktails
Gabriel Boudier Saffron Gin is best enjoyed on the rocks or in a particularly dry Martini.
The saffron notes don’t come through strong enough to really recommend it as a saffron-forward mixing gin.
I also really enjoyed Gabriel Boudier Saffron Gin and tonic. As long as you’re open minded about the golden hue. Adding citrus though will overpower the delicate saffron notes. I’d suggest keeping it simple, with a clean tonic water such as Pennyback or Fever Tree Lite.
Overall
Gabriel Boudier Saffron Gin opts for visual impact over tastebud impact. The saffron is subtle enough that this gin won’t automatically turn off fans of classic styles; however, for a gin that markets itself as a “flavored gin” you might be forgiven for expecting a bit more saffron.
