Killer Instinct is missing

...from our coaching staff and has been for a while.

The 'passion' doesn't seem to be there, it's like they just go through the routine and there's no real fire.

You hear it in the casual way they speak of high ideals, integrity, faith, and possibilities but seem devoid of any true gut-level emotional connection to their words.

What has happened? Where & when did this disconnect begin and who is willing to own up to it and make some attitude adjustments?

We better hope some real soul-searching is going on.

Really miss BV. He was the spark plug that kept the engine running at peak performance during the games and nobody else has filled that vacancy.

Every report this year indicated that we've got a lot of good 'Practice Coaches' but they don't seem to have even close to his level of personal intensity at game time.
