Now here is the big question:

Did Trump reveal anything (either of himself or about his staffers) which indicated even a whiff of treason or any intent to do harm to the country?

Quite to the contrary, Trump was deeply concerned that Milley was seeking to fabricate a narrative in which Trump was trying to start a war with Iran. Milley, same as Comey, Clapper, and the Democrat party (with Hillary and Weiner as central players) was attempting to subvert the US government with a fake document.

(*). This classified document exposes a fraud by General Milley. Is it reasonable for an ex-president who learned via a classified document that his General had been attempting to frame Trump for wanting war with Iran via a fraudulent document?

(?). Does Trump’s mishandling of a document ( one that he acknowledges on tape as being not unclassified) … and discussing the contents of classified document with his staffers … grant him any justification for mishandling of that document?

This matter looks to be far more complicated than a simple open and shut case of ‘former president Trump admitting to possessing a classified document that he admitted he wasn’t supposed to have, and then conspired with a staffer to conceal that he had not declassified that document during his time as president?

The ‘crime’ here is that Trump didn’t wave the presidential magic wand and utter ‘poof … all docs are declassified. Any investigation of Biden’s mishandling of classified documents will be defended by Biden saying that he had waved his magic wand to declassify all of the ~ 50 years worth of classified docs … many of which he brought home before he had any presidential declassification privileges. Does Trump’s crime set a precedent that Biden must be held to?

(*). It is getting more complicated for Trump, that’s for sure. The classified information that he observed which exposes a subversive US military as being classified cannot be ignored by anyone concerned about our system of justice.

There's enough smoke swirling around Hunter, brother Jim and perhaps Joe to warrant bringing Hunter, his business associates and brother Jimmy before Congress to clear things up.

Again, do you believe Joe when he reaffirmed as late as yesterday that he had never discussed Hunter's "business" dealings with Hunter? Do you believe Joe failed to discuss things with Hunter before deciding to accompany Hunter on the long plane ride to China and subsequently met with various Chinese officials to discuss what?

Do you believe Joe met and played golf with Hunter's business associates but asked Hunter no questions about his business partners?

Did you believe Joe a month ago when he said, "My son's done nothing wrong." Yet Hunter has admitted to not paying his fair share of income taxes and has entered a sweetheart deal involving a pretrial diversion agreement to avoid a felony charge for buying a handgun while using crack cocaine.

Did Joe not ask Hunter about his tax issues or gun issue even though we all knew these issues were being looked into? Why did Joe say Hunter had done nothing wrong?

Again, Joe may have gone along for plane rides to Ukraine and China and met with various officials lobbing big bucks at Hunter without asking a single question of Hunter.I don't believe that, but if you do, that's quite trusting.

As to the why now of potentially breaking bad, perhaps it was because he could. The Clintons were essentially broke when they left the White House and then they fortunately set up the wonderful and scandal free Clinton Foundation along with making big bucks legitimately with books and speeches.

Joe Biden may be innocent of taking a dime. We don't know, but it's a great leap of faith to believe he had no knowledge of what Hunter was up to and it was a lie for him to say Hunter had done nothing wrong.

I have a friend who failed to report his federal income taxes. He got to do 18 months at a minimum security federal prison for his failure to do so despite also paying back the back taxes and a penalty. He did wrong and was punished. You try lying about using drugs, buy a gun and then chunk it in a dumpster near a school and see what happens to you, yet Hunter did nothing wrong. There's so much to be proud of about the "smartest man" Joe knows.
