So disgusted with playoff agreement. I really don’t know how much longer I can stick with this crap show that college football is becoming. I abhor NFL and just about all pro sports because of the money corruption and now it’s forever changed college athletics. I may spend my Saturdays on the golf course trying to improve from my 101 average round. I feel like Eyore tonight and not happy about it

It’s just a different chapter in amazing book. The on field product is still great. Once September 7 rolls around Death Valley will be full and everyone will gear up for another season.

I gave up on Major League Baseball beginning with free agency and culminating with the first strike. I slowly lost interest in NBA and NFL for the same reason. Seems like more and more people are more interested in their fantasy teams than in a real team. Fans became fans of players. "Yeah, we lost, but Joe got me 30 points in my fantasy league!"
I loved college hoops. When ESPN first started I told folks that my entire cable bill was worth it just for the college hoops I could watch. But, I lost interest in college hoops with the 1-and-done boom. Now, I don't watch 3 hours of college hoops in an entire season. I'll watch some of the tournament, but only if nothing else is on. But if a rerun of Murder, She Wrote is on I'll be watching J B Fletcher solve the murder.
I may lose interest in college football, but at my age I'll probably die before I get totally fed up with it.

If you are disgusted with a voluntary activity where it no longer brings you joy, just walk away. There is nothing you can do to change the trajectory of college sports so the change has to come from you.
