What a joke to fine a billionaire. Brawls in NFL stadiums have gotten out of hand across the country.

Tepper has a history of being abrasive. They found him low brow at Goldman Sachs in nyc. He made his fortune investing in distressed debt and companies. He was known for having a pair of balls on his desk. He is smart but hard to work with.

Also, he paid so much tax in New Jersey that the state budget was impacted when he moved his company to Florida.
