I understand the massive significance and impact he has had on your program. I could only dream of playing in the SEC…but with the landscape of college football changing and Beamer’s unwillingness to change his view on winning football games (which could lead to a slip by your standards), shouldn’t fans be or are some fans hopeful that Beamer gets a better job?

Again, no flame, sincerely interested to hear your thoughts because the need to win football games isn’t going away. He doesn’t appear to be a candidate for another job so it’s kind of a moot point. I’ll hang up and listen.

A coot coach leaving for a better or even comparable job would be the first in their 131 year history. Columbia, SC is a coaching graveyard.
