There are some laws that require contracts to be enforced in the state they are signed, state they are held, state of governing body and some other consequences I am sure. So the ACC would likely get their wish(suit) to hold proceedings in NC and take out of hands of Florida favoritism. This will get ugly eventually until someone gets tired of spending money. Right now best case I have seen for FSU is $240mil, not sure they can swing that?
