It's Global climate change, and the fish are hearing about these terrible storms that are blowing everything away, including the crickets, frogs, bugs, and the worms, and they are racing to get what ever is thrown in the water!!!

My son’s been on spring break this week and has been out early on Hartwell catching the crappie. Said it’s been more fun than turkey hunting.

BTW have y’all seen where some one caught a pacua (piranha’s cousin) in Hartwell near Anderson?

Fished Hartwell today and everyone must be on Spring Break because the lake was slammed. I caught 15 but best 5 was only around 10 or 11 pounds. My dad caught 8 or 9 with best 5 probably 8 to 9 pounds. All bass and all in 3 feet of water or less. We would have caught more but darn fog rolled in and we pretty much stayed put for two hours. Good news I get to go fishing again tomorrow.
