Doesn't seem like much of a perk for them. It looks like all fifty of BC's fans actually showed-up.

Of course, UofSC would probably be thrilled to play in the Fenway Bowl as opposed to watching from the sofa.

I agree that isn't much of a perk but that might be why they are there..to try and put bodies in the seats from the locals. jmt

It is often said that TV revenue, and not ticket sales, largely dictates bowl match-ups. That's certainly not reflected in the cost of tickets. If that is, in fact, the case, why not significantly reduce the cost of tickets, make it more affordable for the fans, and put more rumps in the seats. A full stadium certainly looks better on TV.

As a youth, I would have given my “left” one to play in Fenway Park!

Still might.

Greatest sports venue in the USA …imo
