"Allegedly" Scouted Clemson and Michigan and gave our signs and plays to South carolina so they could knock both of us out of the playoffs. Idk if it is true or not, just what I'm hearing, but it makes some kind d of sense when you think about it. The coots had been average at best all year, then all of a sudden rattler has two of the best games in his career, in back to back weeks, against top 5 teams no less......
Then you factor in that the Michigan D coordinator was a coot coach at one point. At least that's what I heard, didn't look into it. Also, this wouldn't be the first time that shane beamer has accepted Intel from other schools. Remember he got fined for doing it at VA tech.
What do you guys think? Any truth to it?

I saw multiple places yesterday that there was evidence that Michigan gave some of it's information on a non-Big 10 opponent to another school in hopes of having victim school removed from CFP contention.
Others connected the dots and inferred that the information must have been shared with Scar to help them beat Tennessee. Later people inferred that they must have been helped against Clemson as well since Clemson was in playoff contention and the relationship was already there with Scar to give info.
It has been confirmed that Michigan had people scout Clemson and Tennessee prior to each playing against Scar.
That doesn't confirm the theories, but it's certainly possible that Scar received and used that information to help them beat Tennessee and Clemson to finish their regular season.

Who is making the statement about Clemson and Tennessee being scouted?
Been confirmed through the Michigan coach's stubhub that he purchased tickets to a Tennessee game and to a Clemson game. The tickets were used.
Or who is saying Scar got the info and cheated?
Everything beyond the statement above is conjecture at this point.
The only hard evidence that Scar did something weird vs Tennessee is that Scar's defense wore wristbands with play calls on them vs Tennessee. That was the first game all season that Scar's defensive players wore them. This was reported by Holly Rowe during the game. What was one the wristbands was claimed to be quick calls vs a HUNH offense, but nobody knows what they really had on them.

I don't have a link. Spent about 15 or 20 minutes reading through stuff on Twitter yesterday about it.
During that time I watched the in-game footage of Holly Rowe talking about the wristbands.
Again, nobody really knows what was on the wristbands and maybe it's just a coincidence and nothing illegal.
I have seen no hard evidence at this point that Scar cheated, but there is also no proof that they didn't.
The info on what games were attended and what teams were scouted by Michigan is coming from Connor Stalions Stubhub account, where it shows all of the tickets he purchased for games and which ones were actually scanned. That info is being reported in multiple places. I have not seen the full list.

Yeah apparently a bunch of coaches contacted tcu's coaches and told them that Michigan was really good at stealing signs. Obviously though, they didn't know how sophisticated and deep the operation was.

Shane Beamer was punished in the Wakey-leaks scandal a handful of years ago for similar leaking of information, so it is a punishable offense if Scar is guilty of accepting and using the scouting info vs any opponent.

Anything is possible. But I don’t think likely. Nah - we sucked enough on our own. SCaR didn’t need help beating us. We did enough to help them ourselves.
