Hard to pick from that group. Hard to even say any one from that group is better than any other from that group.

Pretty easy for me - Sammy (SW2) - seemed like the guy

ALWAYS had 3-5 yards of separation, and a lot of times was simply ALONE on the field WIDE OPEN waiting for the ball.
I loved it when Sammy said on one occasion that he couldn’t recall ever being caught from behind. I think that this finally occurred after he got into the NFL, but early in his career, it was still a rarity.

We’ve had some amazing ones, but Sammy is clearly the best one in my opinion.

If I had the first pick in a hypothetical Clemson WR draft..

I'd go Sammy Watkins
he had the best of both worlds..........speed/explosiveness and high point/jump ball/fight capability.

these two guys could just catch the ball without trying and would be 3-5 steps ahead of the defense mid catch

Sammy and Mike are probably my favorites. Mike won us the Bama game in 2016 with some ridiculous catches over Bama DBs, and he also carried the little coot into the EZ on his back. Fond memories.

My favorite, with the most clutch catches, would have to be Hunter Renfrow!!

Nuk had the best 3 years
3rd and Renfroe and NC catch
Mike Williams clutch his entire career and that NC including amazing catch on the championship drive
I think the best is aming these 4.

I'd go Sammy #1 and Nuk #2.
But could you imagine what Jerry Butler or Perry Tuttle would have done with DW or TL instead of playing in a run heavy option offense? I wish we could have seen what Hamilton would have done in the pros if he had not torn his knee up in the preseason of his rookie year. He never was the same as when he was at Clemson.

Tee was best imo. Mike Williams a tight second as well as Sammy. Tee was just unbelievable whether we needed a clutch catch or not.

Always difficult to say best ever, but IMO Sammy Watkins was just different.
His freshman season was unreal, way ahead of the curve.

Id give the nod to Sammy, you could see he was special the moment he stepped on the field as a freshman.
