Epoch Times will guide readers to check out for themselves the security footage that raises doubts about the ‘serve and protect’ mantra that Capitol police and their undercover FBI cohorts (including FBI contractors & subcontractors) were doing on J6.
Highlighting those clips which the FBI had, prior to the Republicans taking the leadership of the House of Representatives, kept hidden from the public for cough cough ‘national security’ concerns.
All of this should (and is) making those who rejoiced that J6 violence was caused by J6 protesters as incited by Trump become nervous. Our government will be shown, yet again, to create ‘evidence’ in their zeal to illegally prosecute Trump for yet another fake crime.
Russia hoax, Trump / Ukraine blackmail suits … both proven to have been built on false ‘evidence’ &/or false witnesses invented by the FBI & DoJ. Get ready to add J6 to that sordid list.

They're Falun Gong cultists who think their founder Li Hongzhi is a god. The Falun Gong are kind of a cross between Scientologists and Buddhists, and there's this really weird uniformity to them...like all cults they conform themselves to the image of their dominant leader, but they've gone, like, way overboard with it. They weren't overly political until the Chinese state turned on them...and then they became political fanatics.
This is definitely a case of "the enemy of my enemy is not necessarily my friend." After being forced out of China proper, the Falun Gong expats decided Trump - who was fervently anti-China (though Biden is too) - was a swell guy and they jumped enthusiastically onto Team MAGA.
These dudes are weird.

However, it is NOT owned or operated by Falun Gong nor is it an instrument that pushes Falun Gong materials or any other religion for that matter.
The founder and CEO (John Tang) is a Falun Gong adherent but the Epoch Times, like any other big media organization, has a wide variety of reporters of different backgrounds and religions. Their reporting is definitely biased right, especially in the anti-communist/anti-socialist realm, but no more so than the Washington Examiner or Washington Times. Affiliating The Epoch Times to being a group of "Falun Gong cultists" is akin to saying The New York Times is a bunch of "Judaism zealots" because the NY Times has been owned and chaired by the Jewish Sulzberger family since 1935 - neither of which is true.
Because The Epoch Times has a lot of contacts/reporters in Asia that constantly report on the CCP (almost always in a bad light), the CCP continuously goes after the Epoch Times. Their facilities in Hong Kong have been vandalized and reporters arrested in China on numerous occasions. The CCP routinely spread negative stories about the Epoch Times in other media (including US media who are all too happy to tar a competitor) to include the "Falun Gong" brush as a means to discredit them.

I actually omitted something when I was describing the Falun Gong, that being: they're a combination of Buddhists-meet-Scientologists...with another part Jonestowners. They are a cult - one of the most predatory and fanatical in the world, actually - and in my experience there is no such thing as a "normal" cultist. They see the world through a very particular lens.
Epoch Times has done some seriously twonky stuff...and sorry, they do push pseudoscience that ties back into their weird belief system, like the values of meditation, as well as QAnon-type conspiracy theories and they routinely featured articles from this guy, who is a bigger snake-oil salesman than Dr. Oz.

They also got caught posing as "concerned Americans" on Facebook using identities created by AI and had over 600 accounts yanked. They've also bombed fact checks left and right.

I'm simply stating a fact - The Epoch Times is a legit media company with an international audience/distribution with worldwide bureaus that employs longtime/established journalists, opinion writers, and other employees from all walks of life. The Epoch Times is NOT operated or owned by Falun Gong and is no different than any other biased media company (i.e. Politico, The Guardian, Mother Jones etc..) They publish articles and media that sell to their audience and align with their particular bias which is on the right. Anyone who asserts that The Epoch Times is nothing but a "Falun Gong" operation that is run by by a bunch of Falon Gong cultists is just factually wrong. There's no other way to put it...
By way of comparison - Scientology is a cult...Tom Cruise is one of the most devoted and top Scientologist adherents in the world. Does that mean his production company is a bunch of "Scientologist cultists"?
As far as the Epoch Times pushing "twonky stuff" - you can't find any biased media source that hasn't pushed their brand of craziness at one time or another. It doesn't mean it has anything to do with Falun Gong but more to appealing to their subscribers and intended audience. I could easily argue that the 1619 project published by the left biased NYT is nothing but pseudo-history considering countless historians that have shredded it for major historical inaccuracies and distortions.

All of the TDS crowd are whistling past the guillotine as far as the gradual demise of the govt orchestrated J6 ‘insurrection.’
Independent journalist Steve Baker had entered the Capitol Building and recorded the events of protesters who had entered the Capitol. In Dec. 2021, 9 months after he went public with having been in the Capitol to make the video, the FBI contacted him.
Mr. Baker asserts that First Amendment free speech rights should protect him from allegations of illegal behavior. The FBI, of course, doesn’t see it this way.
Next, in light of being among a small handful of journalists to have been given access to some of the Capitol police security videos (numerous recording devices at different places both inside and outside of the Capitol Bldg), Mr. Baker announced that he will be airing numerous salient clips from the ~ 41,000 hours of security video. Mr. Baker believes that these official security clips + his own J6 video will expose the govt for obvious and serious misdeeds during J6.
Shortly after Mr. Baker let it be known that he was preparing to air his investigative findings, a grand jury subpoenaed him. Clearly, the FBI does not want Mr. Baker’s work to made available to the public.
(*). Mr. Baker is no dummy. In the event that he gets arrested, he has a friend in a well funded think tank that will air the story. This think tank allegedly possesses a big time legal staff; if Baker’s right to free speech are crushed, then the think tank is not likely to lose out, given their legal resources.
This looks to be very bad for the ‘Trump caused the J6 insurrection’ believers. Talk about a cult? Lefties need to buy mirrors.
(*). BTW, Mr. Baker does not like Trump. He despises govt criminal behavior even more intensely, though.

That entire Fiasco was a mob led and incited by DOJ plants. I have seen a lot of footage, but the police waving protestors through the doors was enough for me. He was ushering them through the front door. Also saw a video of capital police opening up the barricades.

So why police ushering them in? Why police leading them around on a tour? The main one we see fighting with the police is the one the FBI would not answer in senate hearings whether he was or was not an informant.
