A lot of folks aren’t convinced that DJ can “do the job” for the Tigers. Count me among them. Dabo says he has improved so He Has Improved and if so the Tigers are the team to beat.Lot of pressure on the QB so let’s see how he AND the team handle it. We will know a LOT after the first game.

Clearly the "overrated" tag is due to the fact they think DJ is overrated.
Some folks on here agree with that assessment. Some don't. Only one way to find out.

Until we beat GT, Wake and NC State, it is hard to argue we are unknown. We are not the defending champion and until we are, there will be questions.

Every year in college football every team is an unknown? In my estimation Georgia is by far the most overrated team in college football. I’m sorry you don’t lose the talent they had on that defense, five first round picks, eight or nine guys drafted, and come back the same team? Ohio states offense looked amazing last year and ended with a performance in the rose bowl that was scary, however their defense was absolutely terrible. They had numerous issues on defense, but were just to assume that they’ll be great this season? The loss to Georgia last year seemed to shake this entire team? They never seemed to have the swagger that teams in the past have had. This team I hope has regained that. I’m hopeful this team is as pissed off as Tiger alumni and want to prove a point. They don’t just want to win they want to pound people. That’s my hope. But every school in the top 25 is an unknown. Just look tear over year at the teams in the preseason top twenty five and the teams at the end of the season in there. They never seem to be anywhere close

I don’t take it to seriously because it’s all based on the dreadful QB play last year. There has to be at least a serviceable guy on the roster with the group there now. Dabo being the genius he is, has 2 fallback options if DJs weight loss and foot movement doesn’t mean more than it sounds like. If they hit on Cade though, we are back!
