If the NCAA was doing its job, investigators would be knocking on players' doors the day after they say they were offered money by other schools. But, the NCAA is not doing anything, and players are not naming cheaters. Cheating will continue to be rampant until those two things happen, and I doubt that either will.

If he got offered $1M and stayed at UM, he is 1. Getting paid the same or more by private Under Armor money or 2. an idiot for not taking a big pay raise before he hits the pros to … wait for it … get paid for playing as a pro. The current environment stinks, but this is all legal now. Is this really a story now?
