I don’t believe recruiting has been as big a deal as player development… our players are declining under this staff.

But we're a developmental program? That's why XMan, Mascoll, Ruke and others were better 2 years ago. Our wideouts get gradually worse from class to class. Look at Bresee last year, he was better right out of HS.

In my opinion the 21 & 22 classes showed a significant drop off, especially at DE, DT. (and obviously WR).
It was in these classes that Dabo and staff scrambled just to fill the roster (after several swings and misses at highly touted players).

exposing another flaw in Dabo's strategy - don't make many offers meaning you have to scramble to those that haven't been heavily recruited when you don't get your targets.

Ummm… We lined up Tee Higgins; Hunter Renfrow; Justyn Ross, Trevor Lawrence and Travis Etennie in 2018………. The talent drop off is the size of the Grand Canyon
