I don't know, but my take is that Clemson has had an unofficial invite from the SEC or the big bc, why would you sue and cause you institutions name become Mud in the eyes of the conference leadership...

That is what secrets will do, it makes everybody want to know what it is. But in this case I believe it's what the ACC and ESECPN has been keeping out of the sight of the member schools bc they knew that if the member schools saw what was actually in that contract they would never get a yes vote by enough member schools to seal the full contract where the ACC sold all member schools out lock, stock and barrel with the shades pulled down and only the conference benefits from, but it also cripples each member school!!!
People were asking why Clemson didn't join the suit with FSU, and it was bc they were waiting to see what secrets that FSU may flush out of the closet and in the open. All that blacked redacted stuff is what Clemson was waiting to see, the shenanigans done in the closet...
Hopefully our lawsuit will be the one that crushes the ACC into collapse, a fast sinking ship that's about to go belly up...
