His success is built on recruiting and hiring excellent coordinators and position coaches.

He stopped doing the second one.

Wes is looking better than year 1 so that is good.

But the entire offensive staff is garbage except for Riley but only because it is his first year here and we have no idea how much of the playcalling is his.

His success was built on amateur football players. We are in the pro game now and we don’t have the bankroll to compete.
