You'd think the guys calling the shots at FSU and now Clemson have thought all this through and are certain of the outcome prior to filling the lawsuits.

But are these the same guys that signed that horrible 20 year Grant of Rights thing to begin with? If so I would be extremely concerned!

You do realize it was originally signed in 2016 before the AD and I believe the current president was here at Clemson.

Plus, I’m sure the ACC and their team of lawyers went to great lengths to make sure this deal had the right verbiage to ensure that it would remain enforceable and stand up to any legal challenges in the future.

The fact that two conferences automatically get more $$$$ in the playoff, IMHO means the ACC did not do its job!! ACC is going to have hard time disputing the obvious.

I don't think so.

Surely the Clemson BOT has turned a few seats over, right?

Everyone with a brain knew the ACC deal was idiotic.

Then again, as recently as last week I witnessed brain damaged TNET posters suggesting adding UCONN, or South Florida would level the playing field. 😂

You can't fix stupid.

We can't get out of the ACC fast enough. But, 25 years from now we'll all be reconvening back into regional conferences again when this whole deal blows up.
