They don't have a full time head coach.
They have opt outs etc....that don't make a pond ripple when you throw a rock in it.

I mean if that’s a 45-0 swing the problems you mentioned are way worse. I just think it’s funny because Syracuse is a trash program and talks too much.

Also their starting QB tonight Braden Davis was a transfer from Coot U. They sure do recruit bad ones down there don’t they lol?

I had to laugh. I hate syracuse. The only bowl game I've ever been to 1 Jan 96. I still have nightmares of Donavon McNabb and Marvin Harrison (Sr). Hated the cuse ever since.

Against Clemson he abused a set of twin cornerbacks. I think he just burned those guys again for another touchdown.

Who remembers our 2017 loss to them in the dome (27-24) and Babers carrying on about how they were the up and coming team now in the ACC ? LOL! I believe KB was our qb1 that night.

I was there. Kelly Bryant was knocked out, and SU fans booed because they thought he was faking injury. An Su fan next to me said Louisville tried to slow game down with a suspect injury week before. Our backup was not good either. I believe kicker was hurt in practice and his replacement was bad. Missed two field goals and fake punt. Eric Dungy smoked Clemson that game running and passing. A horrible loss but Clemson made CFP and won.

Yes and Kelley Bryant was knocked out of the game literally in the second quarter. Then in 2018, Syracuse came to the VALLEY and knocked Trevor Lawrence out of the game. Chase Brice etched his name in the Clemson football history books by completing a 4th and 6 pass to Tee Higgins with under 2 minutes left to go in the game. That play lead to a Travis Etienne TD and literally saved our PERFECT 15-0 SEASON and a National Championship. GO TIGERS!!!!

They need to move the bowls up right behind conference championship games, prior to the most volatile time for coach and roster movement. Transfer portal, signing day, hirings, firings, etc, - everyone is trying to make their moves prior to the new semester to go into spring ball ready to roll. Playing these bowl games after / during the chaos is ruining them. Just go ahead and get them out of the way and get the season completely over in early December. The month+ off model does not mesh with the modern timeline of CFB.

With a coaching change, opt outs and transfers, I am not sure it was a lack of want as much as talent. I hope our team is ready for UK.

They’re terrible. But we have always been their Super Bowl. I believe one year they beat us earlier in the season and went on to lose every other game.
