being snapped, pointed out which LB/DB was likely to blitz, and sure enough, here he came. Yes, Cade made some glaring rookie mistakes, but it was the most pitiful display of pass protection I've seen in a long time.

What about throwing to the back up the middle when blitz is called. Heard McElroy talk about throwing to the blitz (lane the blitz comes from) the middle was open on alot of these.

Good question. Or run the ball since that was working. Maybe leave protection in to help the freshman QB in his first career start.

It's almost like whan Renfrow leaves we forget the middle half of the field...there are no 50/50 balls against the SEC...mugging is still a team sport in SEC land...PI is always better than TD...get little true momentum from PI.
