He is tough and gets rebounds and makes shots when you need them. Believe his shot make percentage is very high. That's what the NBA wants.

Tom Wideman had talent and a decent vertical leap along with a couple of post moves when he arrived at Clemson. He was a legit 6' 10" 250lbs. @ about 8% body fat.
Rick Barnes ruined him with his "I'm gonna put 25 pounds of fat on him (and Harold Jamison) so he can beat the crap out of UNC, Duke, Maryland's etc. bigs when we play them. How did that strategy work out?

Knowing what scum Barnes is now nope wouldn't have him. But I agree before he left and was a total jerk head his team's at Clemson were really good.

He use to go to the football camp's at Clemson I think he would make a great rush end on defense.
