Remember basketball team also plays Sunday...

In a secret scrimmage vs Ole Miss in a special location Sunday afternoon. Maybe Atlanta?

Ole Miss is expected to be much improved in the SEC and predicted around 6th or 7th in the league.
They have a very good backcourt with 5-9 jet quick PG DaeShun Ruffin coming back from an ACL. Also Guards Matthew Murrell and Tye Fagan also return, plus former top 35 recruit and Duke player 6-8 Jayeman Brakefield in the frontcourt is expected to be much improved. Ole Miss also has top 15 recruiting class coming in and 4 grad transfers. This is a very athletic team as you can see by their midnight madness even last week at the LINK

I think the keys will be how the Tiger young guards play vs the Rebels experienced guards. If is a closely contested contest it will be a good sign.

What do you think the keys are Judge, Mtneer, and others?

Glad we are getting a scrimmage in against decent competition.

Will we get results or stats for the game?

The keys are for us to give our team good competition

to play against and valuable experience playing together.

That’s it. It doesn’t matter if we win or lose this scrimmage. It tells us little to nothing about our team this season.

I’m glad we are having the scrimmage though! Go Tigers!

To my knowledge, this "scrimmage", at an undisclosed location, is NOT open to the public. The EXHIBITION game will be open to the public and will be run like a regular game (but it doesn't count).

That's right. But just letting you know it is competition. Jeff Goodman on twitter has been reporting outcomes of secret scrimmage that were played today, so maybe he will have s report on this?
