Kelly balled out at that pivotal 2018 away game of the year at Texas A&M which was maybe the loudest venue we had played in many a year and where Aggies Mond & his receivers put on a dog & poney act til their failed game tying 2-pointer with 45 secs left.

Even though Trevor was inserted couple of times to check him out under fire as Dabo had done with DW4 at Georgia where both shined with their vertical & long passing game..

Dabo stayed with the veteran KB who had lived under fire the entire 2017 season and had Tigers ranked #1 going into the CFP Semi vs Bama.

if you watch the entire 2018 Tam game again as I did last night you will see that Kelley Bryant’s passing game was heads above his dismal semi-CFP game vs Bama where he hesitated to pass and when he did we got beat after his INT, pick 6 and our D wore down.

In this game Kelly threw several beautiful long balls to our best tall now NFL receivers, rushed for a TD and threw as tight a short TD pass to Deandre Overton in the end zone between 2 receivers that I’ve ever seen.

Saying, TL might could have won that Tam game but KB did win it but the writing was on the wall for him in that he knew at Spring practice that his days being sole #1 were short due to TL’s vertical passing talent..but KB couldn’t grasp that Dabo really wanted & needed to have both QB’s to win.

Thus, being hurt emotionally and not wanting to share the position KB abruptly quit when TL was as elevated to #1 which really put Dabo in a terrible position for a back-up..hence Brice to the rescue later in DV.

Lastly, that TAM game was a barn-burner in front of the largest & loudest crowd in Aggie history to that point and our Team slugged it out, won and basically punched a huge hole in their CFC ticket.

the A&M ball carrier that went over the goal-line pylon or that championship season may not have happened. That was a crucial play

The play vs Texas A&M is at 1 minute in this video. Strange that he was having a good year at Arizona last season and they traded him to Tennessee where he finished strong.
