What it will look like after a few more years of chaos, turmoil and confusion is way beyond my ability to perceive.
But, it will be different.
If Fox, NBC and CBS decide to combine forces and outbid ESPN, then I take that as a good sign that FSU and Clemson will benefit greatly from that decision.

Article states that their more than likely looking for multiple media partners involved in the playoffs contract. But who knows, maybe Fox or someone else can win the whole thing. Would love to see ESPN on the outside looking in. And yes probably good for Clemson.

If ESPN can throw that $ figure out there then what I have been thinking on ESPN maybe over reaching on some of these conference payouts was all wrong.

Either games start all thru the day from 7 AM thru 11 PM or you use multiple networks or streaming channels to get enough games on to pay the bills. Some of you may remember the fun and challenge of finding the Duke game on TV!

Be great if espn exercised their drop option for acc to free up some cash to bid.
While I’d rather espn not get the playoffs I’d much prefer getting out of that horrible deal

I think the pitfalls of the ESPN monopoly on bowl games has eliminated the chance of a repeat.
I bet all 4 networks get a piece of the pie.
The real battle is for the two semis and the championship game.

Fox has come along way with their college football coverage. I remember when the BCS games at the start were on Fox and it was just terrible.
