One of the best players of all-time. Very sad to see two greats like Musial and Earl Weaver die on the same day. Prayers to the Musial and Weaver family.

that struck me too. I've been at Bush when he would go by in a golf cart with Bob Gibson. Everything stops there is a reverence for him there like no one I've seen.

sent Stan a baseball card with a letter telling Stan that he was the only man that his dad {me} ever called his hero. He signed the card and sent it back. I still treasure it to this day. RIP to "The Man".
