Rivals?

I am not a member of rivals but read the free stuff but based on much I read I'm wondering if they are connected to espn/sec? Does anyone know if there is a connection. The way they rate players and cover recuriting it seems the are like espn in trying to get players to go to the sec teams.
Just wondering.
