Mizzou won the East in 2013 and 2014. The are under .500 in conference since then. They've hardly set the conference on fire.

And Mizzou isn’t a team that made CFP six years in a row with two Natty’s over a Bama team that was still a dynasty. You know, the Bama Georgia could never beat. Point is, Clemson most years would be just fine in the SEC. And a better team with access to SEC money and SEC-or-bust recruits.

I'm not sure why you guys have your feelings hurt. I've never suggested Clemson couldn't compete in the SEC. If you want to hold up a sub-.500 team as your model, have at it. Tell me more about the big win over Bama from nearly 5 years ago.

Our feelings are hurt because we are having a bad year. And when you talk about Natty’s 5 years isn’t really that long ago. You’ll know all about it soon enough.

And the OP point was some folks, even Clemson fans (sadly) have suggested we couldn’t make it in the SEC. I’m just saying we could. And we would be better than we are even if our record took more dings.
