Mrs--you know those orange things in the corners where they score points?

Me--The pylons?

Mrs--yeah, the orange squares. I know that I have seen them move when people fall on them. Do they spring back into place or do they come totally off the ground?

Me--They come off.

Mrs--Who puts them back? Do they ever forget? What if a team tried to score a point and couldn't see the corner? Could they challenge and say it's not fair? I bet there is a dedicated corner orange box replacer during the games.

Me--Part of the crew, but not really a dedicated spot (i don't think)

Mrs--well, if they did, I bet he would be really busy on a windy day?

Me--It doesn't work like th.......never mind

After I finally got home from work and turned the game on. Youngest joined me to eat lunch. After a couple minutes he asked, “Is this an old game or something?” It hit me that something did look old about the broadcast. Didn’t realize until looking at Obed’s post later on that it might have been the paint job on the field .

Cared nothing for the golf, just wanted to look at squirrels and plants and stuff. On about #5, as we were walking up to the green, my ball on the fringe, she said, "Why don't you just hit it at the pole?" I don't know, Babe, I don't know.
