He's in a really tough spot. As Clemson fans we really don't seem like the type to trash for no reason. He has played well enough to beat multiple ranked teams, best FSU on the road and has no reason to be trashed for one bad game.
Those of you on Twitter (I'm not) or social media, throw him some support. Let him know what this community is all about. We may need him and Cade has definitely not proven he is the guy. The man had an off day. It happens.
This TEAM can win against anyone watching this season unfold. Don't give up just yet.

I really like DJ, when he's on he's as good as or better than most. I just wish the off games would stay away. Anybody that uses social media as a support venue is a lost sole......many people on those platforms are idiots.

He was the first out to Cade when they scored. I remember a certain QB for us pouting on the sidelines in 18 GT game.

I totally agree with his being a high character guy in supporting Cade. Obviously CK needs more work so it’s an in progress kind of thing. The Tigers are very fortunate that the run game is usually pretty effective and the defense can be lights out when they need to. I’m all in.

I saw DJ celebrating when we scored a TD. I also saw him patting CK on the shoulder pads. DJU is more Clemson than most of us.

Football is a game of performance, especially at the elite level Clemson aspires to play.
DJ doesn't get a "we love you" participation trophy, sorry. DJ needs to work on his game/consistancy through preparation and practice. If he cannot perform at expected levels, next man up will be called on. It's as simple as that.
