Me.

I said before ACC games started that we would end up .500 in ACC this year. No one believed me. Next year we will be much better... especially if JB comes back. We should go to the tourney next year. If not, I believe it will be time for a change just for the sake of changing if nothing else.

I was for giving BB a chance in the newly renovated Littlejohn,.
Not after tonite.
Cut your losses, and find a new coach.

I do. I'm not so much a believer in Brownell long term as I am a realist. Clemson made it clear that Basketball was not important when they decided to renovate Little John instead of building a new arena (which I agree with) and then they essentially guaranteed Brownell they would not fire him this year with his new contract.

I don't.

I had wanted to give him next year in the new Littlejohn. I no longer think he deserves it, and it likely won't make a difference.

Time to move on.

Brownell is an excellent coach working his tail off to overcome decades of history and tradition. And he's gonna win too. Y'all are a football school. How many ACC championship banners are hanging in Littlejohn? How many banners of any tournament are hanging? This loss hurts,no doubt, but changing horses isn't the answer unless you just really like the thought of another program reset with the next guy who has to overcome 60 or 70 years of CU basketball history.Somebody would want this job but sorry, not the names I see posted on this board. It's a great school in lots and lots of ways but basketball history isn't one of them. There's a foundation being built and yes, it's taking longer than anyone wants. But Brownell is still the right guy for Clemson hoops. Now, all you experts (I'd love to know how many of you have ever competed in any sport much less hoops) have at it and start telling me how great the Purnell/Shyatt/etc eras were....
