College football free agency week. With players abandoning their teammates and leaving brotherhood behind in search for the biggest payday.

The times of the “power rangers” is loooong gone. Players don’t play for anything other than themselves and money now.

Like they say…don’t hate the players….hate the game….and the game has gotten effed up beyond fixing

Sad. And add that the bowls below the playoffs should not even happen. They are glorified scrimmages for the network. Nobody attends. And nobody seems to have any answers to even mitigate the erosion.

This is true. The bowls truly mean nothing at this point. The Tigers will be without part of the defense that started the entire season.

I really don’t put any stock in losing them any more and as a coach I would almost use the game to evaluate my younger players and play them.

guess that could be another reason to expand the playoffs to 12 games. Bowl games other than the 4 CFP games and the new years 6 are costing networks and programs more money than they are making.

I honestly don't blame them...
Coaches have been doing it forever...
Every year coaches, be it Position coaches, coordinators or the head coach leave behind kids they've recruited and made promises to for a better job and bigger check....
Coaches look parents in the eyes and promise them thier kids in good hands, just to leave for a bigger opportunity....

Now the players just have that same opportunity....

Also...I don't blame kids for doing whats best for thier family....
If leaving program A and going to program B is going to buy my momma a home and put my baby sister through college....im going to program B....

Its a good thing for the players.....

The sports going nowhere....
It just evolves....

College football was amazing this year....

Our tigers weren't quite as good as we have been but we came on late and beat sc...not a bad year... could win 9 games...


But all across the country the quality of college football was great this year
