So who has a theory on the NFL cuts of Tigers?

It seems that so many former Tigers are always on the "edge" of making a roster...any thoughts on if there's an underlying reason or just bad luck??

Many coot players are "on the edge" of being decent college football players, but then they settle for mediocrity and delusion and go to columbia.

My theory is that about 5 years ago the number of Clemson players entering the league on a yearly basis rose drastically. Which in turn means that 5 years later the number of players exiting the league will also be drastically higher.

It’s obviously a conspiracy! Not only does the media hate Clemson (and by extension former Clemson players) the NFL teams do too. Getting the 53 man roster that gives them the best chance to win is only a secondary goal for them. Their primary goal is to make sure former Clemson players get shut out of the league.

Or just maybe said players just aren’t quite good enough or aren’t what these teams need at this point.

I am going to go out on a limb and say some arent tha great for the NFL level. Some are. The chips fall where they may. Its that simple. Thereare also salary issues, where an NFL team can get someone else to to do the same things cheaper.

at Coot U. Go Look at rates of NFL trades/cuts for other Universities who put sizeable number of players in the league and you will see Clemson is not out of line.
