I’m partial to dead bowel and Fournier’s gangrene of the nether regions.
Nothing like that smell or the nice bouquet of a GI bleed.

My dog especially enjoyed greeting me after those smells bonded with my hair apparently.
Wintergreen can be your friend although my gag reflex was apparently as diminished as that of Linda Lovelace, but not for the same reason.
I miss those smells especially prostate chips from a big resection.
I’m living vicariously through others now, but my nose will never forget!
