All the naysayers have said, Brad needs to get this team to the NCAA tourney or be fired. Not only did they get there, they made it to the Elite 8 for only the 2nd time in school history. And immediately, it's Fire Brad again.

I'm not happy we lost, but it does not affect my paycheck or my health. I choose to look at the glass half full. Every day in each of our lives has positives. I choose to realize the positives always out way the negatives. Call it a sunshine pumper, or orange glasses.

I'm am so proud to wear my Orange and Purple and pull for the Tigers year in and year out in every sport. I leave the decision making on hiring and firing to people who are paid to make those decisions.
