Would a potential Big XII/ACC merger negate the GOR allowing teams to pursue (or be pursued) by other conferences?

ACC CFB snub easily could have happened to us, is this fuel to help us out of GOR? Lost revenue

Is FSU finally getting ready to announce plans to leave the ACC? and will Clemson follow suit?

ESECPN would still have to be paid off because I believe Fox has the first rights to the Big XII.

It's all about television contracts.

The money going forward will be nothing like the gold contracts signed 5 to 10 years ago but SEC and big 10 are locked into those favorable contracts for 20 years or so.

All of this noise is pointless.

No one is leaving or combining conferences unless the television contracts support it.
