situation is Graham Neff is new on the job. And while I bet Graham wishes he could take a few things back, like the line "I view us as an NCAA tournament team", we have to show him some grace. Remember, he is less qualified to be our AD today than Brandon Streeter was to be our OC when he took that job. Let's give him some time to grow.

You can't on one hand criticize OC/DC coaching hires solely because they don't have experience at the power 5 level (credentials), then praise an AD who has never been an AD at another power 5 school, or any other school for that matter (credentials), just because he makes a decision you like, and expect to be taken seriously.

in all siriusnoos, it was a sound strategic business move internally, but very “c0cklike” with the woe is me tourney bs. just hoping gn understands the team and the league will not look like this next year. this was the year for the taking if ever there was one.
