of bowl eligibility.

Years ago it was if we beat the Coots, they would drop to 5-7 and not get a bowl. We did it several times and it was great fun. Then more bowls came along and a couple of 5-7 teams got in. Fast forward to today and there's almost more bowls than teams. I see several 5-7 ( or worse ) teams going bowls this season or maybe all of them. Coots suck the joy out of everything.

There are 128 FBS football teams this season and 43 bowls.
