Maybe this is the year the pac12 big ten can break thru especially Oregon usc and Penn state. Clemson and Bama are shells. Ugay looks vulnerable Lsu went back into hiding If the pac 12 or big can't win this year. Probably never will

You may be right. Pac 12 teams have looked really good. This could be Penn St’s year. They have had the defense. They have had the running game. Can their qb put them over the top? Until Ohio State can run the ball when they have to and stop the run, they are probably a little shy of the playoffs. Maybe some teams get it together by the end of the year and surprise us?

I'll never believe that Penn State under James Franklin has

what it takes to win it all, until AFTER they actually do it. So far, they are just like Texas. Hyped up every year, and every year they disappoint. Maybe this is the year for both of them, but as I said, I'll believe it when I see it.

team in the Pac 12... Washington. Pac 12 looks really good this year, I just wonder if they beat themselves up too much.

Your statement is true about the PAC Twelve since it dissolves as a football conference after this year or next. Oregon and Washington look CFP good. SoCal doesn’t play defense so they won’t go very far. Utah doesn’t play offense so they won’t either. Maybe Washington State is for real as well. Good football in the swan song for that conference.

Penn State will have to beat Michigan or Ohio State for me to believe they are CFP good.
