I am analyzing the country by county results and am determining which states can be turned either way.

can be turned blue:

Montana - growing population of Hispanics and getting more liberal in the larger cities.

Georgia - Atlanta expanse

Mississippi - Lot of the black voters on the Mississippi river and a growing sense of hopelessness in the more conservative areas may lead to disappearance.


Can be turned red:

Ohio - Cleveland losing population which is the liberal center

Iowa - Typical reasons but they still need to convert on it

New Mexico - Large amount of Hispanics but its not the typical Hispanic more that are more conservative leaning.
