I also heard a few add the mfing between the “O” and “N” when spelling Clemson. But it didn’t sound like a lot of them. The little brother and who’s your daddy chants were loud.

Section in the upper bowl. They were dropping F bombs every possession in the first half. Say “eff you” yo all of our players saying Hall was “Fing trash” etc.
Most of them scurried out before the final whistle

What’s not surprising from coot fans. And we have some that do that too. I just really don’t like the Mfing being added between the O and N when spelling Clemson. It is more than a few doing it. A couple of times it came across very clearly on the TV during football games this year and that is not a very good look for Clemson at all IMO.

And while I'm b*tching, another thing -
The students need to learn the proper hand motion at the end of the Alma Mater - and it's not wiggling your fingers like you're waving - it should be a tucked thumb with fingers together as in waving a rat cap!
I guess there are the days of the "yoo hoo" crowd.

Have I been doing it wrong my whole life?! I always thought you waved as "echo" was ending because that's what I've always seen most everyone around me doing, athletes and fans. Welp, guess I learned something new today lol, I'll try to do it right from now on. That is kinda embarrassing since I'm a lifelong Clemson resident though (I am pretty young at least). But I guess this just goes to show that many of these things are learned simply based on the behavior of those around us, which can be a pretty cool or frightening realization about the influences of our actions.

What happened to "C-L-E..." around the arena or chants of "Clemson" on one side of the arena and "Tigers" on the other. Do our cheerleaders not lead cheers anymore?

But there were some dookies (20-30 of ‘em) that stuck around and began cheering, “That’s alright! That’s OK! You will work for me someday.” I cheered them because it ain’t football without trash talk.

I was there. Custom #3 Dale Earnhardt football jersey on front row of student section. Awesome game and awesome energy. Gotta keep it going.
