Night Games

Are to tired of night games yet? We will have had 62.5% of this years games at night (5 of 8). Auburn, Louisville, Va Tech, Syracuse, now Ga Tech. I guess Swafford can't schedule the 1-5 Tarheels because no body will watch.
What happened to college football on Saturday afternoon?
Sadly, I plan to leave at half time.

Were you at Wake Forest game. A 12:00 kick off. A wonderful morning, a wonderful time for the game, and a liesurely departure from Death Valley. A very nice day. Just right.

I was there, as I am at all home games.
However, nothing beats a night game in Death Valley, the excitement building all day, more time to tailgate, not to mention we have a pretty decent record in night games in recent history.

Leisurely departures. That's why we're all here.

think game time is personal preference - couple night games a year in the fall, low country boil or firing up the grill. An entire afternoon and night with friends I dont' get to see that often - it doesn't get any better than that. just my opinion though.

If you leave at halftime, you shouldnt even be coming.
Night games are the best from so many different points. Prime time, all day to tailgate and hang out, more business opportunity for local businesses, more primetime coverage of Clemson, better atmosphere, etc etc.
Besides, you're complaining about traffic? In Clemson? There are 3 highways that go straight out of Clemson. Once you drive 1/5 mile in either direction (be it towards Anderson, Central/Greenville, or Seneca) youre out of traffic and on your way home at highway speeds. Even during the biggest games, I've never sat in traffic more than 30 minutes. Seriously, once you get to the Sonic on 123 or Calhoun Courts on 93, traffic practically disappears and you're golden. So dont give me the traffic BS. Also, if you avoid main roads and cut through Thornhill, Abernathy Park, or Tillman Place/neighborhood behind BiLo, you wont even sit in traffic.
