Texas SOS is like 9th in the nation. A head to head loss by 2 scores at Tuscaloosa cannot be ignored. But somehow I think ESPIN would find a way to make Alabummer in.

The nut necklace offense is too pedestrian to beat Michigan. Oregon will beat Washington. Alabama won’t beat UGA. FSU loses one of their last two. That’s my analysis . This and eight bucks will get you a latte at Starbucks.

But, what will the committee do if Washington, Michigan and FSU all are 13-0. Will the committee leave Washington or FSU out? If not, which one loss team will they pick? (Bama or Texas?)

an OK State loss today so they get a better quality win over OU in the Big12 title game. But if Texas wins next week and Bama beats UGA....someone has to be out of it...so its logically UGA based on simple metrics but it would be interesting to see any logic to put Bama in over Texas when UT has better metrics across the board and beat the Tide handily on their own home field.
Fortunately we will not have to deal with this nonsense next year. We'll be arguing over Ole Miss, Penn St, Louisville, LSU, Arizona, etc.

I think they are clearly a top 4 team, even with a loss to Bama, but their resume is pretty bad. Missouri and Tenn are the only wins that move the needle and Tenn isn't even good.
I think in that scenario Bama, Mich/OSU and Washington/Oregon are all ahead of Georgia. Would they get in ahead of a 12-1 Big XII champ Texas who actually beat Bama on the road in Tuscaloosa? I don't think so, but I guess you never know. Pretty sure they would need Texas to lose in the BigXII title game though.

Hurts that our tigers are not in the talk but we did it to ourselves. We can’t blame anyone else. The talk that we should have won this game or that one is worthless. Just hoping and praying that we can at least finish well and strong and show improvement. Good luck to FSU. Very unfortunate about Travis.
