Perhaps. But not everyone can benefit from the portal. Some teams will suffer by losing guys and not replacing them. Again, we only hear about the success stories. The media doesn't tell us about the failures.

I don't think "perhaps" is an honest take.

Notre Dame with Sam Hartman is a MUCH tougher opponent now.
FSU with a 6th year QB and "portaled" 4 and 5* skill position talent is a MUCH tougher opponent now.
I watched Miami play. They are no longer a pushover. Same for UNC.

It's going to take a stellar effort this year to be ACC champs.
