Bama barley got by USF and Auburn, who got trounced by NMST & Maryland. Close games shouldn’t be the indicator of good teams. Good teams find ways to win. If any fans should know that, it should be Clemson. Remember UNC on the road? TXAM? NCST? Great teams find ways to win in spite of things that go wrong.

Georgia barely beat GT.. Bama defense showed Beck struggles throwing out of the pocket on the move.. FSU defensive line would have him running all night and Travis, Wilson, Coleman and Benson alone with offensive linemen who opted out would had made a huge difference.. not saying FSU wins but it would had been a great game. I’d say 30-24 Georgia

most of the best ones. This is not the same FSU team that played in the ACCCG. I don't think they would be competitive with UGA either way, but it wouldn't be 28-3 if FSU wasn't missing about 7 defensive starters.

This game is not a fair indication but if both teams had all of their starters, UGA would still be cruising. That isn't a knock against FSU, it is just how good UGA really is. However, they missed the playoffs and did it to themselves by not beating Alabama in a game they should have easily won.

A Top 4 team. NO ONE left the Valley this year and thought that was an elite top four or five team. No one. People need to drop the bias. A very good team that loaded with older dudes. But that’s about it. I watched both play live this year at full strength and it’s not that close imo…..
Where fsu got screwed was the committee should’ve never…ever… had them ranked where they were to begin with.

Each year it was a blanket set of rules different from the previous year, but the same for all… some years were best some were most deserving, this year was a combo platter to get the SEC in… UGA should’ve been in this year based on the inclusion of Bama since it was a “best” , including Washington and Texas over UGA should’ve meant FSU getting a shot. I think they said #### it since they are going to 12 next year and had no repercussions for it… JMO

IMO FSU earned the right to play in the CFP’s. One year in CFP’s we shut out an Urban Meyer OSU team and beat Bama pretty good to.
So FSU earned the right to play one of the 2 playoff games for the NC game.
Let’s see how the CFP games turn out.

FSU won games but did you see how low their schedule ranked? No, they didn't belong in the playoffs. Five or six SEC teams would beat them.

Quitters result in a weaker team and weaker program. FSU had, and maybe still has, a lot of quitters.
Aside from Xs and Os, talent and ability, every time a player quits the team it weakens the team and the program.
FSU shouldn’t even be in the top 25 end of season poll.
