How could anyone think the CONSTITUTION protects killing

the UNBORN?

Oh, the crazy French do and just made it so with a new Constitutional law.

Oh, what other government believes its Constitution should be altered and add protecting the evil killing of the unborn?

Look no further than the BiDEN Left-wing Regime which has pushed every conceivable sexually deviant behavior & union..including many of those in its cabinet posts who are the very ones helping change our laws & perceptions of what a typical or normal family lifestyle should be or as been.

Why are the BiDENS not protecting the “living” unborn child (as you were one time)..while also not promoting the normal Family which involves a union between a man & a woman?

If you can’t see that this Democratic Party and its Biden Regime thinks it is “the” powerful force in your life, and not you or your belief system, then you are on the road where they have already sucked you & your mind into slavery.

It's the same way they protect the ones when they change their sex in defiance of God's will.

... and doesnt say what it doesnt say."

.

in this case, the Constitution says nothing, one way or the other about abortion. Are you saying the Constitution protects an embryo? There is not one Justice on the Court that espouses that position.

And there is this thing called the 10th Amendment that addresses just that.

Which is why RvW was overturned.

Fifth Amendment

No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service in time of War or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offence to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.

...there it is.

as I said, no current justice, not even Thomas, holds that view

Arizona's Supreme Court just ruled that an 1864 law banning abortion

in all cases except to save the mother's life was the law of the land. That should make you happy.

The State of Arizona can seize control of a woman's body at conception. It imposes a 2- to 5-year mandatory prison sentence for doctors who perform abortions. It will make a lot of women angry.

1912 I think. I wonder how territorial law became adopted by Arizona upon achieving statehood fifty years later.

I can certainty understand someone thinking it should be legal but the idea that it's somehow a constitutional issue is nothing but nonsense left wing kooks tell themselves thanks to a terrible ruling that was foisted on our society for fifty years.

They don't believe the "unborn child" is a, well, unborn child

Despite them using the term "mother" to describe the "carrier" of this "organism."

Despite the fact that many states, including deep blue states, can charge someone with murder for the killing of an "unborn child".

Despite the medical FACT that the child has its own DNA - totally different from that of any other part of the "mother's" body (no other part of her does) as well as possibly having a separate blood type and possibly being a different gender.

Despite the fact that the unborn child typically has its own heartbeat often before the mother even knows she's pregnant.

Funny how often the terms "mother" and "child" come up, even with the far left, when talking about abortion and the "fetus."
